Does blizz perm ban for first offence?

If you get cought botting for the first time will you get your account closed? I've been warned twice already for botting, but the warnings were about a year ago so if i start botting again and i get cought would my account be closed?

I think you are never "de"flaged. In your case i would transfer the botchar to a new account so not all your chars becomes banned.

so chances are i'll get perm banned if i pvp bot?

If you get caught you will get banned. do you have a Ip mask or changer in place? (dont use multi changer it will send a flag) get one that is a single and change it once a month then you can say you were hacked they compare your E-mail Send IP to the one when the account was banned if it differs you can get it back but this only works for about 2 times a year.

Well, chances of being banned can't be said, it mainly depends on if you play EU or US, and if Warden scans suddenly change which can't be predicted.

On US I had 2 accounts banned using Innerspace presumably from player reports, I probably botted 6-8 hours a day at various hours on different accounts. But on EU I could bot my characters for a couple of days straight and people would report me, and nothing would happen.

Basically, if you take precautions you won't get banned Unless it's Warden, which means a ban is inevitable anyway regardless of time.

Very informative, last last question =) can you guys tell me a little about warden, i use to bot in games where they'd only scan before and after server checks, so if i didn't bot then i would be safe for the most part. Is warden kinda the same way?

Warden can be updated on the fly so it can change anytime, it doesn't change at any specific time such as resets etc.
